PJSC NCSP Changes Registered Name
NCSP Group (LSE: NCSP, MOEX: NMTP) hereby reports that in compliance with Federal law ¹99-FZ On amendments to Chapter IV of Part I of the Civil Code or the Russian Federation dated 05 May 2015, and with the ruling of PJSC NCSP’s dated 30 June 2015 PJSC NCSP’s official name as recoded in the Charter (in Russian) was changed from «Open Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port» to «Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port» effective from 15 July 2015. Registered name of the company in English was not changed and remains «Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port» or «PJSC NCSP».
