FTS approves NCSP’s services fees

Russian FTS, the Federal Tariff Service in its February 27th order (N 29-m / 2) approved tariffs for the loading, offloading and warehousing services provided by Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP). In the same document FTS approves the rules of the NCSP’s tariffs regulations. The tariffs are effective in 10 days over since the document has been published, the press office of the RosMorPort’s Novorossiysk branch said. To read the FTS’s document and its annex go to www.portnews.ru Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port is the largest Russian port operator. In 2009 the NCSP Group’s throughput amounted to 86.5 mln tons. Consolidated revenue of the Group on International Financial Reporting Standards for the 9 months of 2009 totaled $508.238m.
