OJSC IPP commissioned a light oil products terminal in October 2008 with annual capacity of 1 million tonnes. The $35.7 million project was completed in less than one year.
An important technological feature of the terminal is its versatility, allowing it to handle both diesel fuel and gasoline.
The new facilities increased OJSC IPP’s total capacity to 6.5 million tonnes of oil products, 648,000 tonnes of bunker fuel and up to 1 million tonnes of UAN. OJSC IPP’s tank farm capacity for transshipment of oil products increased from 51,000 tonnes to 78,900 tonnes.
OJSC IPP’s new terminal was built under PJSC NCSP’s comprehensive investment program to expand transshipment capacity with a focus on highly profitable cargo.
